I don't, but there's a handy short list of what C99 changed from the
previous standard at:

http://home.datacomm.ch/t_wolf/tw/c/c9x_changes.html

That would help write a shorter set of tests. (I'd put a suite together
myself if I weren't tied up with about a million other things right
now.)
